EVOLVD delivers non-clinical body contouring services, Red Light Therapy, Facials & Skincare Treatments, HydroJelly Peels, and other Beauty & Aesthetics Services as well as administrative, non-clinical infrastructure to support access to medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, and related prescription-based wellness services.
EVOLVD is a wellness, aesthetic, and administrative services organization operating under a Professional Corporation–Management Services Organization (PC–MSO) model.
Under this structure:
* The Medical Group provides all medical care, including evaluations, diagnosis, clinical decision-making, lab interpretation, prescriptions, and treatment plans.
* EVOLVD Aesthetics provides administrative, operational, and non-medical wellness and aesthetic services, as well as certain delegated clinical support tasks, when authorized by the Medical Group.
2.1 Delegated Services
EVOLVD may perform limited clinical support services only to the extent expressly delegated in writing by the supervising physician or authorized clinician of the Medical Group. Such delegated tasks may include:
Non-diagnostic patient onboarding and education
Collecting health history information as instructed
Providing protocol-based treatment instructions
Monitoring client responses during treatment and reporting concerns
Assisting with program adherence under physician oversight
Carrying out limited clinical tasks permitted by Minnesota law
Providing services under written standing orders or clinical protocols
EVOLVD staff do not independently diagnose, prescribe, create treatment plans, alter medical orders, or practice medicine without delegation and clinical supervision.
2.2 Non-Medical Services
EVOLVD independently provides a range of wellness and aesthetic services, including:
Facials and skincare treatments
HydroJelly
Other non-medical spa and aesthetic services
These services are non-medical in nature and performed within permitted aesthetic and wellness scope under Minnesota law.
